Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Legendary Notaries website and the notary services provided by Legendary Notaries. By accessing this website, scheduling an appointment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

Legendary Notaries provides mobile notary and remote online notarization services in accordance with Florida law. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or document preparation services. Our role is limited to performing lawful notarizations as permitted by the State of Florida.

Use of this website is permitted for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with another user’s access. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and or be a criminal offense under applicable law.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including valid identification as required by Florida notary statutes. All signers must personally appear before the notary, either in person or through an approved remote online notarization platform. Legendary Notaries reserves the right to refuse or terminate an appointment if legal requirements are not met, identification is insufficient, documents are incomplete, or if the notarization would violate Florida law.

Fees for notary services are disclosed prior to or at the time of booking. Florida law sets maximum fees for notarial acts. Additional fees may apply for mobile travel, remote online notarization platforms, after-hours services, or expedited appointments. Payment is due at or before the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Remote online notarization services require the use of approved technology platforms and identity verification processes. By using remote services, you consent to audio-visual recording of the session as required by Florida law and understand that such recordings must be retained for the legally mandated period.

Legendary Notaries is not responsible for the content, legality, or enforceability of documents presented for notarization. We do not verify the accuracy of document contents and are not responsible for the legal consequences of a document once notarized. Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are correct and complete before signing.

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, Legendary Notaries makes no guarantees regarding website availability or uninterrupted access. The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by Florida law, Legendary Notaries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or notary services. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific notary service giving rise to the claim.

Legendary Notaries respects your privacy. Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida.
